Where do aid workers sleep in Haiti?

Did you know that the doctors, nurses, aid workers and news crews that are going to Haiti to help or report do not sleep or stay the night in Haiti? The US and Dominican Republic are so close that they fly out by a curfew, I think it's about 5pm, and fly back in the next day. Unrest in Haiti isn't usually safe at night so at times like this, it's understandable that the crews leave for the night.
